| Tactical Report: Commando Team : Delta Bravo 2, 3 and 4 Location: RR Headquarters - North Pole Subject: Claus Rescue and Recovery 2:18 Hours All teams assemble in the situation room to be addressed by Commander Rudolph. Also present are Just'l the Elf and the APN reporter Benny. Rudolph outlines the situation: Santa is alive. I have seen him with my own eyes. I don't know who or what is the reason somebody wants to pretend that he is dead, but I don't like. (Murmurs of agreement from everybody). We know where the man is. He's in the mountains of Northern Japan. It's going to be a long fly-time, but we've done longer, haven't we guys? (more murmurs of agreement.) I want Delta Bravo 4 to take flank. 3 Will take the middle position and my team with take point. Flying time should be a bit over 4 hours if we really haul tail and tonight, we are going to be setting some records. Deers, I don't want anybody to forget for even an instant what's at stake here. This is a dangerous mission. These guys, and we still don't know who they are or what they want, are armed to the teeth. We don't know what security they have in place. I'll be honest with you. Nobody can guarantee that we're all coming back. It's that simple and that dangerous. But our mission is too important to worry about that. This is more then just getting our old jobs back. It's more then just tossing that twerp Gorf out on his tiny little butt. It's Christmas. All the faith and tradition that Claus and us, have brought to it for more than a century. We are the only ones that know the truth. The entire world is depending on us. Santa is depending on us. And I am depending on each and every one of you. We can not fail. It's that simple. You've all got your "special presents" from our resident equipment genius, Q-pid, so we lift off in five minutes. Good Luck. A few hours later at: 6:22 Hours - Over the Mountains of Northern Japan. Transmission to RR HQ - North Pole. Have arrived with all hands and are about to engage the enemy. |
